Sagar transitioned into the travel sector with Raj Travels, where he played a pivotal role in launching RAJ NATIONAL EXPRESS — India’s first intercity coach company. He soon entered the B2B travel space with MakeMyTrip as a Sales Coordinator, gaining firsthand experience in partner management and distribution strategy. Ketan – a B2B Travel Strategist & Cruise Tourism Specialist, with a career spanning over 25 years, Ketan has established himself as a respected leader in the travel industry, known for his strategic acumen, operational excellence, and pioneering contributions to cruise tourism in India. A graduate with a Master’s in Travel & Tourism Management, his journey reflects a consistent commitment to innovation, efficiency, and global connectivity.
Ketan began his professional journey in 1997 as a Visa Officer at SOTC, where he gained foundational experience in international travel documentation and customer service. He soon transitioned to the B2B segment, joining ARK Travels / Faraway Places Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as the first sales representative to promote STAR CRUISES—a groundbreaking move that introduced cruise tourism to the Indian market.
